CHANGE YOUR COMPANY’S OPERATING MODEL FASTER
These days, leadership and Agile transformation are the
The process of moving from the old method – Waterfall – to the new method – Agile – called Agile Transformation, is fundamentally, changing operating models.
If you want to facilitate change in your company you need to move beyond the old method of “Waterfall”, where there is a production-line mentality.
This program will ensure that your Agile Transformation process is faster, efficient and pain-free earning you the support from senior management and the rest of the organisation.
In some cases, senior executives say “we are doing it in an Agile way”, but not getting the results and work is slow. The team might be using some of the Agile methods but they’re not charged with energy and the client isn’t happy.
Perhaps, you’ve tried Agile and gotten nowhere?
It’s been months, you’ve hired a consultant and Agile coaches, but things aren’t moving forward. It’s like you are paddling harder then ever but going nowhere! You are not the only one that’s had this experience.

What’s in this program?
Think of the Agile Transformation as a game: you’re going to level up at the end of each milestone to get to the final prize! And the prize? A high-performing team and happy customers.
All you need is a plan of attack and in this program, you’ll get:
A roadmap for change, with 5 mileposts + A module for each milepost, and each module will have:
Clear objectives so you confidently know what you are aiming for.
Measurable success criteria to know when you’ve arrived at the milepost (in other words you know when this module is done).
Activities. Here’s where we get serious. Actions, templates, checklists, cheat sheets, Q&As – all printable, presentable, nice and polished!
Challenges and pitfalls. No matter how
Opportunity to expand your network. A private Facebook group where you can attend live Q&A sessions and meet other players – some of whom are new to the game and some of whom are experts!

Wouldn’t it be nice to have new knowledge uploaded to our brains like in the Matrix, when Trinity asks Tank to upgrade programs in her brain so she can fly a helicopter? But until that technology is invented we will have to rely on the traditional way.

There is only one and one reason only I go to Facebook, and that’s when I do a Facebook Live event and a Q&A session.
This helps me to answer your specific questions – questions about you and your company and what you are dealing with RIGHT NOW. Let’s face it, millennials live and breathe on Facebook, so surely we can use it to connect and ask (and answer!) a few questions.
Your case is different. Your companies are different. As are your products, your clients, your people. And there is no program that can cover all the cases.
Although the principles, milestones, and metrics are the same, the actions you take will be different. Sometimes the ‘order’ of implementation might be slightly different. You can trust your judgement on those occasions. This program gives you all the activities you need to complete, in a logical order. You can decide what needs to be done based on where you are in your company.
THIS PROGRAM IS DIFFERENT
– All courses out there are talking about what “good” looks like, but they are not teaching how to, step by step, implement it.
– How do I know this? Because I used to work for Agile and Product training companies.
– Because Agile is coming from Software Land, most content is geared
Have you ever asked yourself: “I don’t get why they don’t get it?” After all, it’s so obvious to you, right?
Look, I’m sure you gave an overall explanation of what needs to be done – after all, you have been at the top of your game for a while now, you’re good at what you’re doing. Maybe it’s just that this is a new thing.
I know how it feels when you are determined to do something; you know why everyone in your company needs to work in a new and different way. I mean, it’s surprising how people, even today, are asking for heavy documentation and scope. You ask yourself: “Really? Do I need to tell you why we need to go Agile?”
But hey, not everyone gets it.
